Personal Protection Specialist
As defined by DCJS, a personal protection specialist means any individual who engages in the duties of providing close protection from bodily harm to any person. Aspis requires that each Personal Protection Specialist holds themselves to the highest standards in all aspects. The Aspis Personal Protection Specialist will be required the perform the following:
Analyst/Junior Analyst is assigned to the Security Intelligence Operations and is responsible for providing protective intelligence to clients and supporting field operations. Intelligence Analyst/Junior Intelligence Analyst
Analyst/Junior Analyst is assigned to the Security Intelligence Operations and is responsible for providing protective intelligence to clients and supporting field operations. Primary responsibility is to detect, research and assess threats. All duties will be in accordance with company policies, procedures and Virginia State law.
Unarmed Security Officer
An unarmed security officer/courier means any person who performs the functions of observation, detection, reporting, or notification of appropriate authorities or designated agents regarding persons or property on the premises that individual is contracted to protect, and who does not carry or have access to a firearm in the performance of their duties.
Armed Security Officer
An “Armed security officer” means a natural person employed to (i) safeguard and protect persons and property or (ii) deter theft, loss, or concealment of any tangible or intangible personal property on the premises he/she is contracted to protect, and who carries or has access to a firearm in the performance of their duties.
